DirecTV Stream does not control the On-demand library. What is available is based on what the broadcaster provides.

DirecTV and DIRECTV STREAM like other TV providers does not control what programming is shown. That is up to the individual network owners and their agreements with the shows.
The TV provider (DIRECTV STREAM in this case) only passes on the content they receive.
