Super Bowl

DTV has acknowledged and looking into it - seems better now - I've been watching for the past 3 hrs 4K on Gemini w/o issues - seems it's now widespread

I have been using my Gemini Air since the beginning of the game and have had no issues thus far watching the Super Bowl in 4K!  It has been working great.

4k keeps cutting out!

Keeps cutting off for me also.

It was a nationwide disaster. It's still cutting out. Only the paid DTV employees are claiming it's working.

@cjp47011  I am not an employee of DIrectv and never have been.  I am a customer and pay for my TV service.  I rebooted my Gemini Air just before the game started to get it into full 4k.  I have not had an issue so far.  However, Directv has acknowledged that they are having an issue on their end. I am just glad it is not affecting me.  But I would watch it without the 4K setting if it meant me missing the game.  I would even watch it on Nickelodeon so that I would not miss the game. 

I am a paid employee, and I was the one sharing that DTV acknowledged it, and they're looking into it - Ch. 105 looks great, and I can confirm this was not a nationwide disaster. 

Good for you! In the 3rd quarter It just started being stable for the rest of us. The audio during most of the commercials is horrible.

I tried it at the beginning of the game. It was choppy and cutting out. Lots of buffering.   Normal network channel worked fine. 

I had  the same experience. I finally just went to the normal aired version and no issues but I was only able to watch about10  minutes of the Super Bowl in 4k.

I had the same buffering issues on both my Gemini box and Gemini air. Watched the 1st half on Paramount plus----but it was fine on Dtv the entire 2nd half.
