URL for Laptop streaming

I am using a Lenovo PC running windows 10. What is the streaming URL for my laptop?  Please Respond !!!

The URL or web address will be the same. Doesn't matter which computer you are using.

I've been attempting to cast my content from my HP Evny to my Chromecast TV. Up to a week ago it's been working perfectly. But since then, it only gives me a black screen. The blue progress bar does not show to go from right to left. 

Works fine for me using either a phone, tablet, or laptop. I prefer to just use the HDMI port with a cable 

I've found that On Demand content casts, but live content does not cast as it once did a week ago. 

I've also determined this is limited to ATT's subpar casting technology, because my Netflix / YouTube accounts for example with the cast icon displays the content to my TV seamlessly. This is the only site/ technology whereby there are irregularities.
