Volume issues

Just got a brand new Vizio tv. Whenever I use the Direct TV app, commercials volume drop. Goes right back to normal when the "show" returns. 

Deleted app and reinstalled. No change. Other apps from the TV work. Other apps loaded on firestick work. It's only on Direct TV.

Hi, @Dugestyle. Broadcasters send audio and should be sending programming with the same audio levels for the commercials and programs. Some TVs have a volume normalization feature. You may refer to your TV owner's manual, or you can reach your TV manufacturer for assistance. John, DIRECTV Community Specialist

DirecTV app shows are normal.

Commercial comes on and volume drops.

Show returns and volume is back to normal.

Umm...what's the problem? That sounds great. Usually a complaint is commercial is louder than show.

I have went through the setting and tried out all of them. It only happens with Direct TV App in use. Manufacturing sent me to Direct TV
