If that is PBS it's not on Dtv Stream yet but it's coming soon. U can download and use the PBS app for free. Also the PBS website streams live tv and shows for free.
A simple web search indicates that program airs on PBS. At this time DIRECTV STREAM does not carry any PBS. Only recently did PBS open up to streaming providers, so DIRECTV STREAM might get it in the foreseeable future, time will tell.
In the meantime you can check the PBS website, or download their own app onto a streaming device, for access to some content. Or use a regular antenna on your TV to get the local PBS affiliate if it is within range.
