3D channels

This seems basic after reading all the other posts but need help.  Have a new Samsung un55c8000 3D tv, and a Directv HD HR22-100 reciever with a HD package.  The problem is I can't even get the 3D channels 103-106 in my channel guide.  All i get is channel not available.  What am I missing???

You do need an HDMI connection to an adapter. See http://forums.directv.com/message/10703264#10703264

If you have that, go to DirecTv.com/resend to resend your programming package information. If you aren't registered, don't want to register or it doesn't work, call DirecTV. The 3D channels are even in the guide on my HR20s which are not 3D capable.

The HDMI goes from the receiver to tv input what adapter do I need?  I do have an adapter on the cable from the dish to the receiver.   The receiver was set up on a non HD tv prior to this one.  do I need to change any settings in setup because I also am not getting all the hd channels.

Your TV needs an adapter from Mitsubishi between the HDMI cable and the TV. http://www.mitsubishi-tv.com/accessories/3DA1

On a Samsung TV?  What about not getting HD channels.  When they set it up for the new dish they said I needed to get HD channels they changed the setup on one receiver to 5-lnb multi sat but left the one hooked to the hd receiver on 18" round???

I'm sorry. I totally crossed wires on that one. I'm so used to Mits TV posts. Every receiver should be set to an SL5. Rerun satellite setup to do that.
