3D Satellite signals

I have a 3D TV, but when I turn on a 3D channel it tells me looking for satellite signal. Can you help with what satellite 3d channels are on and what transponder so I can check my lsignal levels. Or do I need to adjust my dish? I have great signals on 101 and 110. Thanks for you help

I have a HR 22 HD DVR.

HD country wide channels, including the 3D ones, come from satellites in the 99 and 103 positions with a "c" in the suffix. Transponder assignments are fluid so it would be good to check all available transponders on those satellites. All should be in the mid eighties at least when checked in good weather. Most should reach the nineties. If not, dish aim is the likely culprit.

Greywolf is exactly correct. Have you worked for DTV before?

Are you asking me? If so, no. Techknow Guides are hobbyists with a track record of being helpful and pretty accurate, not current or former employees.

No. I installed my dish myself. Had bad experience with DTV technicians.
