3D update

My room mate downloaded the 3D upgrade the last of May and we have had nothing but problems since.... the dvr recordings are very pixilated at times and fast forwarding is a joke.

I have spent much time with the tech support... "our engineers are working on the problem..... it will take about 72 hours.... blah, blah, blah"  A month has passed and things are worse.

I have reset, unplugged and everything else they have told me to try.

 

Does anyone know how to get rid of this upgrade?

It's not the upgrade.  It's your DVR's hard drive.  Call DirecTV and request a replacement DVR.
