771 Error, Dish cannot see
I've been a DTV subscriber for several years. The service worked well, until trees on a neighboring property is blocking the Satellite. I called DTV 18-mths ago and they raised the dish. Now the problem is back. Waited for weeks for a tech to arrive from a 3rd party service, (and don't get me wrong I applaud this guy) but the tech was a mute who needed to communicate through written notes and gestures. He couldn't adjust the dish as he couldn't reach it from a ladder and said he could not go on the roof. I either need this dish moved or need to cancel the service. It seems to take forever to get DTV to respond to problems.
