771 Error only on channel 214 (MavTV)

Why do I get a 771 error only on channel 214? There are no disconnected cables or antenna obstructions. All other channels work normally.

Service tech was here today and fixed my issue. He said there was a short in one of the components. They replaced the LNB, SWM, what looked like a splitter. They also replaced the cabling itself and aimed the dish. Everything is working great again.

Go to Menu, Settings, Satellite, View Signal Strength, and Press the (-) DASH button. Let the signals on 101 populate and please note them here. Once done, press the ‘+’ button and follow the same procedure for 99 (ca), letting the signals populate and then noting them down. After that, do the same for 99 (cb), 103 (ca), and 103 (cb). By the end, you should have noted down for 5 different satellites. 

Additionally, if you have other receivers, do they have this issue? Have you tried a red button reset (side by the access card for HR54 series or front where it says ‘PUSH’)?

Resetting both receivers with the red button did not solve the issue.

Your 99/103 are way to low your dish needs to be aligned, there are videos on youtube if you want to try it yourself otherwise you need to call DTV at 1-800-531-5000 to setup a tech appointment.
