771 signal loss on Satellite in 1

We get this message every night. The weather has been nice, so it is not weather related. On regular channels it shows the show with this message on the bottom. With other channels, same message black screen This occurs EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! We’ve tried resetting checking cords etc. every night and my 91 year old mother gets very confused 🤷🏼‍♀️ hating DirecTV

This usually means that the dish is not optimally aimed. A service visit can fix this .... 1 800 531 5000
