A means of talking to a real person. You did not have my email address. Now I cannot get back in to the system.

I am trying to opt-in  to A&E.  Changed my email to current.  Was told it was changed nut I cannot get in.  This should be simple.  You must have someone who can help!!!!!!!!!!!!
