'Activation Key limit usage rate reached' - but I only have ONE machine

 I have been using DirecTV2PC since the beta days on this machine. I only have one machine that supports Directv2pc in my household.

 

My laptop fan died this past weekend. After purchasing and installing a new board, I have since discovered today that the new systemboard triggered my antivirus to report an "excessive installation per license" exception, and they expired my license as a trial immediately. 

 

I am confident this is the case with the DirecTv2PC activation failure, too. My antivirus provider was kind enough to extend me a license online within twenty minutesof my identifying the issue.

 

So, what can DirecTV do in this unique situation? It's the same physical machine, but with a new systemboard. I would like to re-activate.

 

I tried re-activation, too. That didn't work.
