adobe flash player

Why does it ask me to download Adobe flash player every time I try to watch on demand on my computer.  The support tech already had me download and install.  It worked while I  was watching that me but wants me to do I for every session.

Hello @sewlee,

We understand you're having trouble with adobe flash player when trying to watch on-demand. Don't worry, we can help with that.

Does this happen on other sites as well?

Seems like this could be related to malware or the previous version wasn't uninstalled completely, which is making your browser think it needs to update flash player.

Please try uninstalling adobe flash from your PC then reinstalling. Also try using chrome to see if you get the same error cause chrome has a built in flash player. Please let us know if that works for you.

I only have the problem with AT&T on-demand. I can sign into xfinity on demand and play with the adobe flash player currently installed. I I have also tried Chrome also. Any other suggestions?
