An Error Has Occured...
Adviser shows my pc meets the requirements (log attached)
Directv2pc is installed on my PC, Finds my receiver, and lists my recorded programs correctly.
When I attempt to play any of them (whether HD program or not), the screen goes to black, a "wait" symbol appears, then an error message "an error has occured" with no further explanation. The only option is to close which then goes back to the recorded program listing.
Network is wired Cat5e with a Linksys (cisco) router. No communications issues as the receiver was identified and able to connect immediately.
