Android app not working

After logging in to the directv app I get a error 0701  After that I get no network connection this happens in  Home and mobile wireless I can log in but I wanna go to  Load channels it automatically  Stops and closes This started happening after android update on 10/18

We understand that you're having trouble with your DirecTV app after phone update. Don't worry, we can help with that.

Have you tried to reinstall the app?

Nope has nothing to do with my phone or update tried on another device same result. I log into my att/direct tv account no problem error 0701 is an etoken error on DirecTV's end
