android apps

i have a galaxy tab 10.1, and downloaded the directv app and the sunday ticket app, and neither will let me log in.  I was on the phone with 4 customer reps and they didnt know how to fix the problem and told me to check here.  when i put in my username and pasword, it tells me invalid username/password.  can anyone help me?
