App keeps closing when i chose a program

I am using a samsung s9 current software version. I have reinstalled the directv app multiple times. I can launch it and get logged in. I get my list of channels but when I click on a program it just closes the app. It has worked in the past.

Did you try using another device?

We suggest that you clear cache on your device and then try again to see if that helps.

Yes it works fine on the other device. I have cleared cache and restarted the phone. I was playing around with it and if i press the arrow to the right of the tv program it will play but if i press the program title it closes
