APPS is still initializing (301)

Hello,

 

Need some help.

 

Today I noticed that I had the NO NETWORKED DVR's FOUND. This happens every time one of my DVR's update.

 

I reset both DVR's by 1st unplugging the inserter, then both DVR's. I plugged the inserter back in, then plugged the DVR's back in.

 

Then I have both DVR's now working for whole home.

 

Yesterday I hooked a new router (Cisco Valet Plus M20) and now I notice I have an error with my TV Apps showing me the following error; Apps is still initializing, please try again later (301).

 

Is it a problem with the DVR's, Directv or do I now need to do something to my Router?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you run through the network setup screens for both DVRs after you connected them to the new router?

NO, I didn't.

 

Didn't know I had too.

 

Maybe that's why I see that when I go to the menu and check the internet it shows connected to the network however not connected to the internet.  My DVR's are connected through each have the Deca's and is connected to the internet via the internet adapter from the Deca's.

I got it working.

 

What I did was went into network connections and restored defaults.

 

Now everything works just fine, apps, etc.

 

It assigned new IP's to each receivers/.


NEED HELP?
