Apps that ran from my direct tv account are not working
Apps on my Roku, such as the Disney now app and nick jr, are not working. When we try to watch a show or movie from the app it states no account returned from UPDA. This has been occurring since the switch to ATT. What do I need to do?

We understand you're getting an error when trying to sign into apps. Don't worry we can get you pointed in the right direction.
Have you tried changing your password that usual fix's this issue. Please try changing password then try logging in to see if it works. Let us know if it works for you.
