ATI Graphics Driver Problem.

So the install guys came in and installed my Directv system today, yay!  Problem though, I installed the DIRECTV2PC Playback Advisor on my computer, did the scan and it came back red on my graphics driver (I have an ATI HD4850 1gb) and grey on my CPU (AMD X3 720).  No problem, I thought, I'll just update my graphics driver like it looks like suggests on the faq.

Same thing...red on the graphics driver.  My video connection type shows (Digital with HDCP) so that shouldn't be an issue.  What gives?  Is this only an advisor?  Where do I input my activation code?
