ATTSW Online - Houston Astros

Starting this year (2022), I can no longer see the Houston Astros on my phone or tablet using the ATTSW app or via the web.  I can only watch them on my TV at home. I get a not authorized message when trying to do so.

I am being charged $12 for a regional sports fee and I don't believe that is fair.

I am able to see them with no issue on FuboTV.

Is this available via the DIRECTV APP? If not, you’ll need to call DIRECTV and let them know that you are getting this message. Perhaps they can fix an authorization related issue or the account could have been locked for whatever reason.

Not available through DTV app. I had to login via ATTSW app and use my DTV login in the past.

@mr_rodarte as it isn't available via the app, you can try messaging Hailey and see what that will do for you. If you aren't satisfied, a call to DIRECTV should get your account fixed up. If not, a step further would be asking for the retention department and getting help from an agent who believes that you will be cancelling if they don't fix the issue.
