Audio dropout and pixelating during evening programming
I have allerted AT&T about our audio dropout and pixelating issues for more than 2 years. Earlier this month a service technician came out and said AT&T was aware of the issue and there is nothing he could do. I'm paying more than $160.00/month. This interruption of service is getting to the point that I cannot enjoy watching television programs... especially those that are dialog-driven.
Is anyone else having this issue? My next option is to file a report with the FCC.

So its just the locals. The HD channels? All those three (and fox) come from the 99s satellite, transponder 8. What's your signal strength on that transponder?

...How can I perform this test without the purchase of expensive meters?

OK... this is what I found. Looks like the signal strength on transponder 7 is 100.
