The audio is skipping on any show recorded in HD during playback on the PC. IE9 in use with Windows 7. Is there a resolution to this issue?

Is your system all hard wired or is a portion wireless? What processor are you running and how much memory? Wireless and slow computers have trouble with this program.

Sorry to say that the record with laptops in general and wireless laptops in particular is dismal. See help page 7 attached.
