authentication error

i have History channel in my DTV package but used to be able to stream old programs on my other TV with a fire stick. I am now getting an authentication error -0066: account not found for requested client IP. Does this mean i can no longer stream History on my Firestick

Please let us know if this is the first time that you are having this issue with the Firestick, also please share if this error is showing up in all the devices or is it only appearing in the Firestick? We will take it from there, thank you.

The issue seems to occur on one program only so far on my firestick. My newer smart TV lets me put in the activate code and recognizes it but my older TV with the firestick gives me the authentication error.. Thanks for responding.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the History app continue to get the authentication error on several of the programs but not all the programs. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
