Bally Sports Ohio app not working

Whenever trying to watch the Reds on the Bally Sports app on iPad, iPhone, or AppleTV, I receive an error “There is an error playing this video. Either you are not entitled to this content or there is an error playing it.” Bally insists that it’s a DirecTV issue. 

Steps I’ve taken:

Disconnected DirecTV as my provider in iOS and in the apps.

Changed my password.

Tried every location setting for the app.

Deleted and reinstalled the app.

Cleared browsing data for every browser on my device. 

I see others have had this issue but I never saw a solution.  The channel works fine when watching on my TV.
