Bally Sports West signal issues need to go low resolution

On Jun 17, 2022 we noticed that Channel 692 and the MLB Extra Innings Channel showing the Angels Broadcast was continually recommending that we watch in lower resolution as something was wrong with the Broadcast.

No other channels at all we’re having issues so it has to be that Broadcast.

anyone else having this issue as it continues through today…Happy Father’s Day

Most likely the dish needs to be aligned.

Not a single channel has an issue but this one…has been in the same spot for the past 5 years getting and have been watching and recording Angels games the whole time we have lived in Vermont…thought it might be different on the MLB channel, but likely the same Broadcast.

not sure how my satellite dish is suddenly misaligned…

I would also expect a group of channels would have the same issue if it was an alignment error

We rebooted the main client or receiver and that had no effect…I went to other sports channels from the California area and there were no issues…again, there have been no changes to the position of the dish or adverse weather…just started to pixelate on 692 a couple of days ago.

So it isn't an alignment issue. The problem must be at the provider (bally sports)

I am interested in how this issue was resolved.  We are in Texas and have never had an issue with Ballys Sports Southwest until this week.  All other channels are perfectly fine using our satellite except Ballys.  It’s the same on all 6 of our receivers.  Not a connection issue or a streaming issue.  But we have to watch Ballys in low res yet don’t have to do that with any other channel.

This is the 2nd time I've posted about this issue.  I have DirecTV Satellite and subscribe to the Premier package that includes Bay Area Regional Sports Network to watch the SF Giants.  I've been having problems with channel 696 when the Giants are on for a couple days now.  The screen pixelates, then goes black, and it won't stream through my internet and I get a code 015 stating it's blacked out in my area.  I live in Placer Co. California, and I'm a Giants fan.  If it's a problem with the Bay Area sports network then what do I do.  When the Satellite goes out on other programs on Channel 696 it automatically streams through my internet.  However, Channel 696 Bay Area Sports Network when they are broadcasting the Giants games it doesn't stream when there is an outage, it pixelates, goes black, and gives me the code 015.  All other programs on 696 during a satellite outage stream through my internet just fine.
