Banner on bottom of display
The banner at the bottom of screen is missing. When I fast forward, reverse, … I can’t tell where I am if I am trying to reposition the show. Tried a reset - nothing. How do I get it back? It is really annoying me!

What DVR/Receiver model?
First thing to try is resetting using the red reset button near the access card.

Sounds like an issue with a streaming device on the DIRECTV STREAM app. Do you have DIRECTV satellite service or DIRECTV STREAM?

Satellite. It works on the receiver but not on the other device (don’t what it’s called).

It would help to know what is that "other device"? Look for a model number near the access card or bottom/rear panel.

If you have Satellite and it's doing it on one box and not others. Reset your box and then as soon as it loads up from that reset it again. If the issue still persists then you need a new box.
