Bloomberg choppy audio/video when streaming on PC or Phone

(Originally started this thread on the streaming forum but was told it is Satellite) .

For about a week now the Bloomberg stream has been choppy while watching on my PC.  I noticed on my phone as well.  Does not seem to be impacted on Satellite.   I use a computer in my office to watch during the day.   It Is almost intolerable so end up switching to CNBC or FOX biz, but hate the politics on both.  

The issue is only on Bloomberg, no other channels available to stream online through the video player app have the issue.
