Can no longer Get HBO Max - had it 2 days ago
Can no longer GEt HBO Max - had it 2 days ago Contract does not run out until August.
Called ATT last night and was on the phone over 4 hours. Nothing Helped.
They kept saying it was my TV, but the TV is working fine. We have All the channels that we are suppose to
and the HBO Movie channels. We just can no longer get into HBO Max.

Your contract has nothing to do with it. If you get the HBO satellite channels and HBO is listed on your bill, whether you pay extra for it or not, then you should have access to HBOMax also. So what happens when you try to access HBOMax? Are you logging in with your Directv credentials?

You didn’t answer any of my questions, so I have no suggestions other than this. I had an issue awhile back where I couldn’t log into HBOMax with my Directv credentials even though I could still login to my Directv account with the same credentials. I reset my Directv password and was able to access HBOMax again.
