can not log into direct tv app login failed error 100001
I can no longer log into my direct tv app on my phone. it has been this way for a few months now. phone technical support is supposedly working on it but can not figure it out. i get login failed error:100001 - invalid user id-email and password combination. I know my phone works because i can use my brothers credentials form his direct tv account and it works just fine. If i use my correct email and wrong password i get a different error message.I am about ready to cancel direct tv. I can log into direct tv.com, at & t with my own credentials, just not the direct tv app. Any help would be greatly appreciated
