Can’ sign in to Directv App

I’ve tried to sign in, using correct username & password & it continues to say one is wrong!

Hey there @L_Ruaro,

We'd be happy to get you back into your app.

Have you already tried using the Forgot Password process to have a temporary password sent to you to regain access? Are you getting an error message when you attempt to sign in?

Please let us know!

Yes please help me access the directv app, spoke to my brothers gf & she says the username & password is the same, yet it keeps either saying I’m not authorized or that the username/password are wrong which they are not. Getting very frustrating, got no help from customer service, they said they needed to speak with my brothers gf, which they shouldn’t, I’m not trying to make any changes to her account, just trying to use the Directv app

Please tell us, are you the only one unable to access the DIRECTV app?

Also, can you include the error message you are receiving?

Have you attempted to log in through a different device using the same credentials? We hope to hear back from you soon!

The Username & Password are correct, can sign in to Directv using browser, have contacted Directv Tech support tried everything that they advised, still not working.
