Cannot access some channels on mobile app

Hi, on the new DIRECTV app, I cannot access some channels. It gives me a message saying “Not available to stream on this device. The owner of this channel has made it available to watch only on your TV.” On the old app, it worked fine, but now it’s not. I can’t access DVR recordings from those channels either in the app. Will there ever be a fix to this? I travel a lot and would like to be able to access some of these channels when I’m traveling. Is there another way to access them? Via the Apple TV app or something? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

They are updating the app last known release date is August to be able to watch DVR recording with the app, however not all channels can be streamed to the app as stated that channel will not allow it.  You can download most networks app and use your DTV  log in to use it.
