Cannot connect to internet with HR24/500 and Deca Direct Cinema Box

I had a professional installation.  Previously, I was able to view trailers and apparently connect to the internet.  The deca box is connected to my wireless router in the same room.  My HD DVR box is in another room.  I am subscribed to the whole home DVR service.  I noticed 2 days ago I cannot view trailers which apparently requires an internet connection that I previously had.  I have tried all the reset procedures, disconnected my box, both power and coax, my direct cinema deca router coax, power, and internet connection, as well as my cable modem and router.  I tried calling the technical support to which I was told I needed a wireless adapter, adn when I tried to "connect now" I got the same info.  Is this a new requirement? or am I missing something in the setup?

Thanks for any help.

The trailers are not downloaded by Internet, they are part of the instantly available cinema selections that are downloaded to your DVR via satellite.

Look at your router.  Is there anything connected to it that involves an adapter that looks like the attached pic?  If not, then your system is not connected to the router/Internet.  Post back what you see.
