Cannot connect to receiver

Hello all,

I'll try to watch a show and I'll get "DIRECTV2PC cannot connect to the receiver. The protected content cannot be played back at this time."   It doesn't do it everytime, but when it does, I have to close the program and reopen it. Sometimes 2 or 3 times before the show will start. Once the show starts, it's fine, until I start the next one, then I have to go through this game all over again....  I've already reset the computer, router, and receiver. Also, all three run over cat5 cable and I'm on a fresh copy of 64bit Win 7...  Anyone have any ideas??
