Cannot log in to ESPN app with DirectTv info

If so, which app are you trying to access? 

You should be using the sign in credentials you use to stream content in your package through the DIRECTV App or directv.com/entertainment, so please make sure you are using the correct credentials.

We also recommend you refresh your equipment online, as this can help reauthorize your services in the event of any errors in the back-end.

I have tried everything suggested and it still just kicks me back to the log in to your provider page. I’m ready to cancel direct. I’ve seen posts about the issue from over a year ago and it’s still not fixed!
