Cannot Uninstall DirecTV2PC or DirecTV2PC Advisor

Cannot Uninstall DirecTV2PC or DirecTV2PC Advisor. Every time I run the uninstaller I get a message that the program "is also installed on my computer" (of course it is that is why I am trying to uninstall it). When I click the button to uninstall the program I get an error message "Error!! The product definition file lost." and the uninstall stops. Please help me get this software off of my computer. I want to uninstall this software since It won't work on my computer due to having LogMeIn installed and this, apparently, causes an error with the video card that is recognized by the software.
