Cannot watch a movie i ordered on DirectTV Cinema
So i rented a movie (Transformers: Dark of the moon) but i can only watch it on 1 DirectTV box. Both of them have the same channels, but when i try to watch it, it says "Check phone line to allow ordering". How can i fix this?

How did you order the movie? If you ordered it from that one DirecTV box, then it's the only box where you can view it. If your ordered it via your DirecTV.com account, then all of your boxes should be able to view it. You say you don't have Whole Home DVR service, but if you did, then you could also access that movie from your other networked Receivers and DVRs.

To expand a bit. Most of the PPV movies have two ordering options. Record puts the movie on your DVR and without Whole Home that's the only place you can view it as Litzdog says. If you select order from one on the 125 to 200 channels then any HD box in the house can watch the movie at the listed show times.
