can't access DIRECT TV on desktop computer.

I get this error message:  We couldn't play this content at this time.   Service working fine on home tv and via iPhone app. Service has worked on Desktop in the past and currently works on laptop.   Desktop is Mac with all software up to date MacOS Sequoia 15.2.  So it seems to be my desktop and I know you are not IT support for that! But you may have ideas.

What browser are you using? Have you had any updates to your Mac since it last worked? Any blockers, extensions, etc.? Using a VPN? Have you tried running in a private window?
