"can't delete" message.
Have one tv hooked to Directv. Tried to delete a program and the message "Can't Delete" came up saying it was being view in "other rooms". ???

We will be happy to offer our assistance!
On most DVR's there is a reset button behind the access panel, please press and hold this button for 15 seconds and wait for the receiver to reboot.
If there is no reset button, unplug the receiver for 15 seconds, then plug it back in and power it up.

Make sure that your Whole Home DVR authorized receivers are not currently sharing that specific program with the other receivers. For example, if a Genie is sharing a program with an H25, the H25 would not be watching the recording being shared. Also, be sure to remove sharing of that specific recording.
