Can’t restart programs
I haven’t been able to restart programs since installation three weeks ago. Strong Genie 2 to Genie Mini signal, strong network signal, fast internet verified connected. I’m streaming and recording programs and On Demand, but I get a message that my receiver is “not ready to record” when I tray to restart a program on any channel. (Only trying with programs designated to be able to restart.) Four techs have been to my house - no luck. They leave with no follow up, so I have to start all over. No one ever contacts me - they just close out the service request... Help!
