Hey, @yojserolf57_j, let's see if we can get your receiver activated.
Are you referring to a Genie mini hooked up to your TV asking for pin and location upon starting up? If so, you would have to get the pin number from the Genie itself from the "add client " screen, menu>settings and help>settings>whole home>manage clients>add client. You will need to leave the pin number on the screen and go to the mini and enter the pin, then follow the on screen instructions.
