Can’t stream live telemundo from app

Streaming from IPhone XS & application

 I tried using the Telemundo app which I had to sign it using My Direct Tv online ID & password so i could have access to watch, & it had been working I was able to watch live telemundo but now it give me this error
Two of them makes no sense one of them since I do have in my package

DIRECTV app message there is none I have attached a photo where you will see that al my others channel have the Blue circle play button & telemundo channel is the only one that doesn’t have it

Please try to refresh your equipment at your home, and un-install - reinstall your DIRECTV app.  learn how to troubleshooting the app, device, and browser.

why Telemundo doesn't show in the guide like the other channels I did a search using the apps but is not the same because doesn't show the up-to-date series.

Best to start a new thread as this is from about 2 years ago (2019). So probably a different cause/fix.
