Can’t watch fox sports Midwest on phone but can on tv at home

I can watch fox sports Midwest at home but I can’t watch it on my phone. I’ve tried going through the fox sports go app as well and I’ve gotten messages back when I try to log in like, “wrong password or email” or “looks like you’re not a direct tv customer,” and I know that I am. I’ve tried calling customer support on this and so had my husband. We have been on the phone for hours combined trying to get this fixed and finally have to give up due to it taking so long and not being able to understand the people on the other line.  We are about ready to be done with it all and just drop at&t and direct tv all together and get something new and easier. Any suggestions?
