Cant watch purchased movie

Purchased a Watch Now movie, launched movie, had me enter my PIN to access it then just a blank black screen....nothing!

What device are you watching the movie on? Have you tried resetting your DVR? Are you using the direct TV app? If on a computer, have you tried using another web browser? Have you cleared cache and cookies?

Yes it was on my DVR and I even tried the next day and then tried to purchase a 2 day rental and still nothing.

No worries, let's begin by resetting your receiver. This will establish a fresh connection between your receiver and the satellites. Follow the steps provided below:

  1. Unplug your receiver's power cord from the electrical outlet, wait 15 seconds, and plug it back in.
  2. Press the Power button on the front panel of your receiver. Wait for your receiver to reboot.
