Can’t watch Sec+ Games

Games won’t play on espn ap. Ask for provider which is direct tv. Won’t follow through with selection of direct tv

•Are you receiving any error messages?
•Do you have both ESPN and SEC in your DirecTV package?
•Do you have any issues with other apps?
•Also is this happening on all devices?

No error message. I have espn and sec on my direct tv package . Can view on my iPad but this happens on iPhone 12 . No problems with other apps. When I go to select an sec+ game it takes me to a select provider page. I then tried to select direct tv but it continue to say loading. 

Thanks, @Dlbenson. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
 

To reinstall:

• Download and install WatchESPN app from your device's app store or go to http://sm.att.com/ee5803e9 (browser).
• Select DIRECTV from list of TV providers.
• Authenticate with your http://sm.att.com/92aa98ce login e-mail address and password.
