CBS app not accepting Directv login

Which CBS app are you trying to log into?

I'll be happy to assist you with your channels inquiry for availability with streaming on your device. If you are using the DIRECTV app, we are experiencing an error on multiple channels when attempting to stream in home and out of home on all devices. If you're trying to sign in through CBS All Access, then your TV credentials do not work for this service. CBS has its own paid service.
