CBS Sports Network

I have been receiving the CBS Sports Network (Channel 221), but now I am not. This is sudden, without warning. I am a HUGE Army Football fan, so not having this channel will be a problem. I called customer service, and they said it had to do with "negotiations." I thought this issue was resolved. We were without all CBS channels earlier this summer because DIRECTV was in negotiations with the owner of these channels...but when the channels were restored, I thought everything was resolved. I still receive the local network CBS channel. What gives?

What message do you see when you tune to Ch 221?
