Channel 1000

I have Whole home DVR service. On my DVR (HR24) I can get to Directv Cinema plus by going to the menu and selecting it, or by putting in channel 1000.  Should Direct Cinema plus be available on my HD receiver (H21)?  It is not on the menu and when I put in channel 1000 I get a message "Channel is not available".  I do have the programed playlist and Music,Photos & More on the H21.  Network and whole home check fine.

No.  Only DVRs can access the OnDemand CinemaPlus channels.  A hard drive is required to store those downloads.  But once you've downloaded a show on your DVR, you can access them on any of your WHDVR-connected Receivers.
