Hi There @Poostid,

We understand that Channel 200 is missing from your guide.  We can help with that.

Normally this is caused by your receiver not being in line with your account. Here is what we are going to have you do.

Please go through and Refresh Your DirecTV Equipment.

Please try that and let us know.

Thank you for being an AT&T Subscriber.

I have a different question about another channel as a matter of fact two channels

1st - channel 283  the NGW  channel

2nd - channel 284 the SCI channel

Wondering why they were taken off after me having them for over 5yrs.

             Thank you

I'm watching 284 right now and 283 still has a guide listing but it is not in my channel package.

TV. Its still listed in my guide but I guess its no longer im the packag we  have. I guess a better way to ask my question is i have had direct.tv for about 10yrs now and I haven't changed anything since I've had it. Then all of a sudden in the past year or so there are some channels I can no longer watch. Was just wondering why where I haven't changed anything in my account.

Hello @tearsofadragon! We are happy to clarify your concern regarding missing channels.

Please tell us what package are you currently subscribed with?

Depending on the package, some channels may have been removed and are no longer included in the package you are subscribed with.

You may also want to refresh your channels  this helps with missing channels.

If you do not see your channels after refreshing, please by pressing the reset button and wait for the receiver to reboot.

Let us know how this goes!
